Words and words are all I Have

Irony, humor, sardonic, sarcastic...they all tie together. Perception, reality another pair. I love the tangled mess of words.

Irony in fancy words; the basic dichotomy between perception  and reality...what did he say? Irony says one thing but means another or you can't always believe what you see.

Sardonic humor vs. sarcastic humor, they are pretty much the same thing, but where you are on the food chain provides the subtle difference. If you are telling the joke, it's sardonic. If, on the other hand you are the butt of the joke, it's sarcastic.

Here is an example of an act that totally transcends irony. The supporter of "right to life" shoots and kills some-one from a "pro-choice" group. Perception and reality are the same, this is morally outrageous. No sarcasm, no irony, no humor! No words to describe the utter absurdity of the act.If you will take note, neither side of this issue uses the word abortion in their mantra! Why? It's too polarizing! That's ironic!

As a male, my opinion should be just that, an opinion. Unwanted pregnancy is something both genders must deal with. But males do NOT get pregnant! We are not pregnant, SHE is!

Some commonality besides not mentioning the WORD; both sides, to one degree or another accept the need for abortion, kind of depending, again on where you are in this situation...your sister, ok...your neighbor's sister, not! Number two, neither group espouses abortion as a form of birth control. Birth control different issue, but as a rule the pro-life group follows previously mentioned aphorism...my daughter, etc.

A question to those reading this...who gave the right to make this decision regarding your body and life to a bunch of fools in Washington? Even strict constitutionalists admit the rights of the individual.

Simply put, this is a decision that each individual must make, being true only to themselves.
