Game day

The first game. Sox way ahead when I left in the seventh inning and all the scrubinis were in ...the whodats vs the little sisters of the poor. Sox started a major league team, the Orioles not so much. Someone mentioned the 27 degree weather in Boston, most of us just laughed.

This park is so pretty. Fenway South with a Green Monster sporting a better seating arrangement and no big porch in center. And the only use other than Spring Training is extended spring training for the rookies. Some kind of a deal they had to make with the county because the Twins were here first.

Here are today's shots...

What this is all about, kids, fans and players.
Bet Showalter wishes this guy would walk through his door.

Good seats...just none available, typical Sox situation.

Someone trying for the Bullpen gig!

Irony, his Grandson played rightfield for the O's today.
The good ol' days...do it by hand.
Wally's in the house' he "helped" the Hooter's Girls throw out the first pitch. And, he gets paid for this!
 Contact!
 On the ground, Dustin.
