It is the best gift ever bestowed on man or woman. Or, the worst.
I just re posted a cartoon on Facebook depicting a female skeleton waiting for the perfect male! It is just as easily transposed. All of wish to meet the perfect mate, disregarding our own lack of qualification. Attraction is an aspect of this search just as nectar is to the bees. If not, where did all of the "ugly duckling" stories originate? But, any relationship based solely on the physical attraction is doomed, and properly so.
Time expended on "conjugal rights" most likely approaches three and a half hours per week, accounting for the usual lies. Even so that amount of time is less than what it takes to do the laundry! So you had better have something beside ecstasy in your marriage or for certain there will plenty of agony!
Humor and intelligence would be my choices. Oops, an ounce of compassion also, I am not that young that I wish to lie...I might forget!
This is my on line "Collector's Cabinet". It is non-profit and haphazard at best. I leave it to you to sort through and make sense of.The views are mine. The collection reflects some of my interests. But the material must be credited to the vast internet. Otherwise, I never would have been able to amass such a treasure trove. The purpose of this exercise is entertainment, naturally mine, but even more so yours. So, please let me know if anything strikes a chord with you.
