Everyone needs a cause. Something to rant and rail against. Something to spew venom at, a release from the everyday minutiae that takes over our lives.
Mine?
Let's stop the senseless slaughter of the virgin vinyls! Show them some love, that we care. Just how many poor defenseless infant vinyls need to die in order to make just ONE sequin?
There are not enough zeros to display the number. It's so tragic. And, to create that little black number that every woman "must" have? How many sequins does that take?
Countless!
Take up the "cause"! Stop the slaughter! No more prom gowns!...or, matching accessories.
Save our vinyls! Take the sequin back to an earlier time, one where they truly mattered. When they were made from gold. Now that would make a real statement.
This is my on line "Collector's Cabinet". It is non-profit and haphazard at best. I leave it to you to sort through and make sense of.The views are mine. The collection reflects some of my interests. But the material must be credited to the vast internet. Otherwise, I never would have been able to amass such a treasure trove. The purpose of this exercise is entertainment, naturally mine, but even more so yours. So, please let me know if anything strikes a chord with you.
