The Hudson Italia was a two-door coupé automobile produced in a limited number of specimens by the Hudson Motor Car Company of Detroit, Michigan, in collaboration with Carrozzeria Touring, in the two-year period 1954-1955. The idea that led to the creation of this car arose from the desire to offer a show car in the Hudson range and to exploit its fame to enhance the entire Hudson production, as had already been done by Chrysler in collaboration with Ghia.
