This is my on line "Collector's Cabinet". It is non-profit and haphazard at best. I leave it to you to sort through and make sense of.The views are mine. The collection reflects some of my interests. But the material must be credited to the vast internet. Otherwise, I never would have been able to amass such a treasure trove. Actuate the pressure release valve...
After reading all the news, "fit (or not) to be printed" for several weeks here are a few news views of my own.
1) She cursed 33 times during her performance.Obviously a slow news day...or perhaps just a diversionary headline to get the Brits thinking again. Someone had their clicker with them and ocd kicked in. She did not, apparently grab her crotch...or is that in the update? Frankly who cares? And, if you do don't pay the money! That is always the most effective method.
2.)We do not have a national education program and to the best of my knowledge there is no law in any state mandating that ignorance be passed to ones children. Could be wrong on that as there certainly seems to quite a bit of it still out there. The deck may seem stacked against you, but try and you might learn something...you possibly might even enjoy the concept!
3.)Can you name one single thing that the entire human race agrees on? Then why waste time trying, enjoy the diversity!
4.) Teenagers are having less sex...how does that tie in with video games, remote tv, computer browsing, lack of guidance and general inability to cope...or does it?
5.)Why is sex education a tabu, when it may be the only subject each and every one of us is concerned with? All of the variables removed the fundamental aspects should at least merit inclusion in a biology course (if they still have that on the curriculum).
6.)Long gun vs short gun is NOT the point. When someone has chosen a weapon to kill with the prime options are accessibility and firepower all other factors are moot points. The easier it is to obtain, the more likely it will be chosen. When presented with open handed availability then, how large a capacity does it have, how quickly can they be discharged and how lethal are they, (firepower) becomes the next consideration. Only then does concealment or any other factor become relevant.
7.)Idiots excel in persistence. Their tenacity underwhelms me!
8.)This confuses me, the writers of our constitution were considered as visionaries, yet "strict Constitutionalists" are conservative. There was nothing more radical than our new constitution was when written, nor anything more misconstrued today.
9.) First do no harm. Now that should have been the first amendment...no , the first commandment!
10.)Mick and the Boys...damn that's hard to say now. Old and the mirror does not lie.
